-You will have 10 minutes to climb as high in the unbroken double under pyramid as possible
-This is a pyramid to 50 reps so you must complete the number needed that round to advance
-The numbers will increase/decrease by five each round i.e. 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,45,40,35,30,25,20,15,10,5
-If you fail to achieve the required number unbroken you must start that round over
SCALING: If you are not proficient at DU’s you will abandon the pyramid scheme and attempt to gather as many as possible in 10 Min.

-Each rep must touch the ground
