1: Snatch – 70%1RM 3-3-3-3-3 Do not break more than two minutes between sets.
2: Dead-Lift – 75% 1RM Touch-n-go until failure rest 3 minutes and repeat. The touch-n-go exercise is designed to break down your QL’s significantly. You will have a sore back, you probably won’t want to lift anything heavy for the next day. I would save this until Wednesday or later in the week.
