Look at the Stat boards in the corner. If your names not on it put it there….
WOD – Do 3-6 lifts to find your Max in the time allotted for class. If you are fast you can get all 6.
If you have max lifts in some boxes on the board but not others then do the others first to fill in the blanks.
Dont lift a bunch to find a max. Lift, go up a lot, lift… when you fail go back down
Dead lift, Back Squat, Press, Push Press, Clean (squat), and Jerk
fill in your lifts on the board!!!!
