“The Bear”

5 Rounds of:

7 Sets per round (performed without letting the bar rest on the ground)

Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press… rinse, repeat

It is OK to combine a squat clean into thruster to accomplish the front squat and push press, likewise a behind the head thruster is acceptable as well.

Rest between rounds as needed, post loads to comments.
