-You will complete 3 snatch grip push presses then without dropping the bar perform 2 Overhead Squats

-Move up in weight each set but do not go maximum

 

Then:

1 Mile Run Time Trial

1:1 Rest ratio

400m Run

 

-Perform both runs at maximum speed
