Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

ERIC’S STRENGTH CORNER

1. 115% 1RM Dead-Lift- DL LOCKOUT
1-1-1-1-1 Use the new rack, and set the safety bars 4″ below the lockout point of your Dead-Lift.  Stand it up.

2. 75% 1RM Shoulder Press
90 Seconds continuous shoulder press until fail, then push press until fail, then push jerk until fail.  Try not to rack it, just keep going and rest on your shoulders as needed.  As soon as you cannot do another rep, move to the next lift.  Push press will start to fail, you will need to rest, and then resume the jerk.  Probably racking and resting for a few seconds between each lift.
