This Friday at 7pm we are going to celebrate the success of the people that participated in the 30 nutrition challenge. They will be bringing dishes from the challenge so everyone can get a taste of what eating healthy is all about. Stories will be swapped and we will see who came closest to caving. For those still on the diet fence, come talk to some real people who made a big change, and see what it did for them.
We have boxes for you to sit on so feel free to bring your own chair, and something to drink if water is not your thing.
