Didn’t care about the time as much as I wanted to try this RX, which did slow me down a bit. My feet are wet too, but that’s cool.
Yea, mine were soaked. The one spot where you have to run through the grass on the 400s got me.

I rowed the 1st rd instead of running–not nearly as good of an option as I had thought. The run was definately a better choice! I wish I had pushed through one more round…

could have probably done RX weight for women but wanted to work on my form with a lighter weight since I’ve been practicing it in barbell club. I feel like my form was much better today – I snatched them all and didn’t muscle them up. Still need to work on keeping my rear down and not coming up too soon.
Nice race with Joe today…

Way worse than I thought. Lower back tightened up from FGB & CFT. Runs were more like lean forward and just keep moving. Slowly.

Wrote the wrong time on the board at the gym. I enjoyed this wod. It was longer and forced me to have to persevere some. Definitely some heavy breathing happening on the runs. I picked up the bar immediately after each of the runs, which helped.

Site is messed up again, it says they are no comments for today. When I click on the day it goes to that page but doesn’t show all the comments. I just switched to google chrome which solved the other problems…hopefully this is temporary
