Warm-up: Run/Row/Ski 400m, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions

Strength: 3 Position Snatch – Work on perfect form for 10 minutes.  Start with the bar and if your form is solid add weight.


3 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
21 KB swings, 1.5 pood
12 pull-ups

Time Frame:

7-17min (adjust/scale/modify as needed)
