Did toes to rings instead of ttb
Going in to it I thought the dead lifts were going to be the hardest bc it was a heavy weight but I found myself having more trouble with the DUs. It was frustrating to be slowed down so much by those. I liked this wod though.

Subbed deadlifts with ring dips, which became very challenging towards the end.

rope malfunction, had to switch out. Was stringing together well in warm up but couldn’t get it done in the wod. would like to redo this one for sure.
