Clean & Jerk

Work up to 1RM in 10 minutes

Rest 1 minute then:

AMRAP CTB pull-ups 2 minutes

Rest 1 minute then:

AMRAP HSPU 2 minutes

Rest 1 minute then:

AMRAP burpees 2 minutes

Each CTB pull-up, burpee, and HSPU counts as 1 pound.  Add this total to your 1RM C&J for your score.
