50 Burpees for time – Cut off is 5 minutes
Rest 3 minutes from the 5 minute mark.
25 HSPU for time. – Make each rep clean and sub as needed – Cut off is 5 minutes
Rest 3 minutes from the 5 minute mark.
500m Row for time.

Record your time for each exercise. Everyone will start the next exercise at 8 and 16 minutes, regardless of time taken to complete the previous movement. Do not start early, this long rest is deliberate and necessary in getting you to open the throttle each time. If you aren’t tired after this WOD it’s simply because you did not work hard enough.
