Warm-up:  Run 400m, Burgener Warm-up, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions, 10 pull-ups, 30 second Samson Stretch

Skill:  Clean & Jerk

Strength:  Clean & Jerk 1,1,1

WOD:

Three rounds for time of:
50 Double-unders
25 Wallball “2-fer-1s”, 20 pound ball
