STRENGTH BIAS WEEK 5

Today’s WOD will serve as the overhead strength WOD for the week, and the Deadlift day (Thursday) will be the lower body PR attempt.  If you get an opportunity to work-out on Saturday or Sunday, attempt a timed DL WOD.

90% 1RM Deadlift – as many touch n go as possible (record that total), then continue for a timed 20 rep WOD.
