STEP 1

For CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and Boot Camp, complete the form below. It will send Andy McCann, the owner, an email and get you setup in our system for your free week. Please use your cell phone in the form below.

STEP 2

CrossFit: Andy will text to set up either a weekday intro session with you for either 9:15 A.M. or 10:15 A.M. or 7:45 P.M. This will be immediately followed by a new member class. If neither of these times work we will create one that does.

Olympic Lifting: Andy will text to connect you with coach Ayse to get you started.

Boot Camp: Andy will text to set up a weekday intro session at 12:45 P.M. This will be immediately followed by a class.

STEP 3

CrossFit: Everyone gets 1 free week. After your intro session, stay in the “new member classes” or pick any class time that suits your schedule. The coaches are awesome and know how to work with new members.

Olympic Lifting: Everyone gets 1 free week. Attend any class time that suits your schedule.

Boot Camp: Everyone gets 1 free week. After your intro session pick either class time that suites your schedule.

If the Garage is a fit for you, then we set you up as a member in our system and you are IN! (no contracts ever)
