For CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and Boot Camp, complete the form below. It will send Andy McCann, the owner, an email and get you setup in our system. Please use your cell phone in the form below, so he can text/call you back.
CrossFit: Andy will text to set up a weekday intro session with you that will take place 15 minutes before one of our ‘new member’ classes (see schedule). Plan on 1 hour and 15 min for your first time here. Of course if the normal process doesn’t work for you, we will create an option that does.
Olympic Lifting: Andy will text to connect you with coach Ayse to get you started.
Boot Camp: Andy will text to set up a weekday intro session at 12:45 P.M. This will be immediately followed by a class.
CrossFit: After your intro session, stay in the “new member classes” or pick any class time that suits your schedule. The coaches are awesome and know how to work with new members.
Olympic Lifting: After your first session, attend any class time that suits your schedule.
Boot Camp: After your intro session, you are ready to go.
If the Garage is a fit for you, then we set you up as a member in our system and you are IN! (no contracts ever)
