I was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Atlanta in 2015. I found CrossFit in 2020 and quickly developed a passion for CrossFit and its community.

I love helping people become fitter, healthier, and more confident so they can live better lives for themselves and their families. Outside of the gym, I love spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter.
